Where did the name come from?

Enjoy 2nd Place came from a night of playing Mario Kart. NPC players had been causing havoc the whole night. One of the friends in our group was frustrated and, after a few hard races, was starting to curse the NPC Toad. At the end of one of the races, it was close between 1st,2nd, and 3rd, with Toad, an NP,C in second place right up until the last seconds of the race. A red shell knocked Toad out of second, letting a friend move from third to second right as first crossed the finish line. First place yells, “ENJOY SECOND PLACE YOU PICECE OF SHIT!”, thinking the NPC was still in second. When the friend who came in second meekly said, “Thanks”, the whole house erupted in laughter. It became a constant catchphrase for the entire friends group when playing for years.
